The Whale Vessel is the evolution of the original form "The Boob". This creation process was literally an experiment with form. As artists, Ari and I are constantly pushing the our own boundaries while learning what the clay will allow (which is quite a bit). That being said, we have lost a lot of pieces. Luckily, so far, the Whale vessel has done well. It still has to be fired twice; first, bisque fire and second, glaze fire. Thus, we pray to the kiln gods that it survives!
