Yantras. What are they? 

Yantras are tools developed to aid in contemplation, concentration, and meditation. They are the visual representations of mantras, and consist of sacred geometric designs. Each yantra is associated with a planet, element, and/or diety. 

The Saraswati yantra is the visiual representation of the goddess Saraswati. She represents knowledge, music, art, speech, wisdom, and learning. By meditiating with her unique yantra, it is said that the positive energies of creativity and learning will be ushered into your life. 

How to meditiate with the Saraswati yantra: 

1. Decide where and how you would like to meditate.

2. Put the yantra at eye level in relation to your meditation space.

3. Focus your attention on the black dot in the center of the painting.
