Our Sunflower Decorative Plate is an organic design made from impressing a fresh Sunflower. The Glaze effect is made from layering different colored glazes and underglazes. It is always an experiment when we layer glazes like this as we never know how they are going to behave in the kiln. This plate exceded our expectations! 

Each piece is made by us, Lauren and Ari. They are thrown on the pottery wheel in our 7 Whales Studio home studio.
